Our Second Ultrasound

This afternoon I had an appointment for our second ultra sound. I am now 19 weeks and 4 days into my pregnancy. If we had wanted to know this would have been the scan to find out the gender of the baby, neither of us wants to know in advance if we are having a boy or a girl. The ultrasound technician was really good and she explained what I was seeing on the screen through the scan. At one point baby was even playing with it's toes! Today baby weights 10 ounces and the heart rate was 145 beats per minute. This was a really exciting scan Pete and I really enjoyed this session. I do have 4 pictures that I will attempt to scan soon and load to the blog. I'm not entirely sure the pictures will scan well so fingers crossed.
