15 months and some water play

On August 19th celebrated his first 15 months in our lives with a bit of fun.Mommy had gone out after dinner for about an hour to do a couple errands when she left the house Daddy and Saylor were playing in the new sand box. Then when she got home Daddy popped his head over the railings of the deck saying "you have to come see this" so Mommy went around to the deck and up the stairs to find the following....

As you can see Saylor is soaked and had a great time. It was a very warm evening here and the concrete deck was still warm to the touch. I think Saylor had a great evening with Daddy marking his amazing 15 months with us.

I feel honoured to have been chosen to be Saylor's Mommy. He is such a smart fellow. He can now stretch up on his tip toes and reach the knobs on the front of the stove so we have take the knobs off the stove when we aren't using it to keep him safe. He has taken a few little tumbles including one off the back of our couch in the family room while trying to get to mom who was behind the couch. Then a couple days ago he attempted to stick his little fingers into a fan that was blowing cool air in a window. ack! He is one curious fellow and sure keeps Mommy and Daddy ever watchful.
